Beekeeper Vincent nearly quits ‘L'amour est dans le pré’ after romantic interests withdraw

Vincent, a 29-year-old beekeeper from Curtafond in the Ain department, nearly withdrew from the 21st season of the French reality show ‘L'amour est dans le pré’ after his two preferred romantic interests unexpectedly withdrew from the competition just before the Paris speed-dating sessions.

Following the sudden cancellations, Vincent considered returning to his farm to tend to his 300 beehives instead of continuing with the show. However, after intervention from host Karine Le Marchand and the production team, he decided to proceed. During the filming, he met Nicolas, a doctor, whose personal story regarding the loss of his mother resonated deeply with Vincent.

Vincent, who has been a professional beekeeper since 2021, has previously faced significant personal hardships, including a devastating past relationship with a partner he described as having destructive tendencies.
