Beer Day Showcases Affordable Pairings and Golden Citrus Cocktail

On August 7, Brazil celebrates Beer Day (Dia da Cerveja). Alexandre Esber, a professor at Ambev’s Academy of Beer, presented a list of budget‑friendly food pairings—each costing up to R$25—such as salad with Skol Zero, spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with Stella Artois Pure Gold, a Caprese sandwich with Michelob Ultra, and brigadeiro with Caracu, highlighting responsible consumption.

Água Doce promoted a Golden Citrus cocktail for the occasion, combining chilled Pilsen beer with freshly squeezed orange‑baía and lemon‑siciliano juice, wild honey, ice, an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary. The recipe advises using a light, citrus‑note Pilsen and provides step‑by‑step preparation instructions.
