Several Belgian Pro League clubs secured their places in the Croky Cup round of 16 following a series of matches. Club Brugge advanced with a 1-0 victory over KSC Lokeren, thanks to a goal from Félix Lemaréchal. Despite heavy rotation by coach Ivan Leko, the defending champions managed to progress.

Other top-tier teams also moved forward, though some faced significant challenges. Antwerp secured a narrow 1-0 win against amateur side KSK Heist, while OH Leuven progressed after defending a 1-0 lead with ten men following a red card. Cercle Brugge also advanced with a 2-1 win over Sporting Hasselt.

In contrast, KRC Genk and Zulte Waregem secured more comfortable victories to ensure their progression. The tournament continues to feature a mix of professional and amateur sides, with discussions underway regarding rule changes to ensure more amateur clubs receive direct entry into the round of 16 starting in the 2027-28 season.
