Behemoth releases new EP ‘I, Scvlptor’ amid metal music updates

The Polish black metal band Behemoth has released the EP ‘I, Scvlptor’. Described by frontman Nergal as an autonomous work bridging the band’s past with new creative directions, the release includes a mix of new material and reworks of older tracks such as ‘Rise of The Blackstorm Of Evil’ and ‘In Thy Pandemaeternum’. The EP also features covers of songs by Venom and Bathory, with guest appearances by Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir and Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ.

Other notable metal releases include the ‘Stalagmite Angels’ EP by Judiciary, which features a modern hardcore/metal sound, and several new singles from artists including All Shall Perish, End Of Green, and Maceration. The collection highlights a diverse range of subgenres, from death metal to melodic and melancholic styles.
