Behgjet Pacolli and Valon Lluka clash over Abu Dhabi court ruling
A legal dispute between Behgjet Pacolli and Valon Lluka has escalated following the release of an Abu Dhabi court decision. Pacolli claims the court ordered the return of over 1.7 million euros, alleging that Lluka used fictitious contracts and invoices to illicitly transfer funds from Mabetex Group in Pristina to a company linked to Lluka, Al Hami.
Valon Lluka has publicly denied these allegations, labeling them “lies” and “deliberate manipulation of public opinion.” Lluka asserts that the court documentation does not hold him personally liable for the financial obligation. He claims that in the legal proceedings, he was designated as the “Second Defendant,” while the specific debt of 1,748,680.61 euros was assigned solely to the “First Defendant.” Lluka further maintains that the court did not find evidence of theft, fraud, or the use of fictitious contracts, characterizing Pacolli’s statements as fabricated accusations.
