Behgjet Pacolli files criminal complaint with SPAK over Vlora Airport

Businessman Behgjet Pacolli has filed a criminal complaint with the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK) regarding alleged irregularities involving Vlora International Airport (VIA).

Pacolli claims that the National Business Center (QKB) illegally registered a transfer of company shares, which he asserts violates existing judicial measures, a bailiff's decision, and a ruling from the Supreme Court. He characterized the action as an infringement on private property and a threat to the legal security of investments in Albania.

Following a seven-hour appearance at the SPAK offices, Pacolli stated that his presence was to submit the formal complaint. While he did not provide specific details regarding the content of the report or the individuals involved, he emphasized that the matter concerns perceived injustices related to the Vlora airport project.
