Behgjet Pacolli threatens legal action against Ylli Manjani and Arjan Curri

Behgjet Pacolli has announced intentions to pursue legal action against former minister Ylli Manjani and commentator Arjan Curri following statements made on the Top Channel program ‘Top Story’.

Pacolli characterized the accusations made during the broadcast as false, slanderous, and lacking factual basis. He stated that he is prepared to contest the claims using documents and evidence to protect his reputation and the standing of his companies.

In response to the televised remarks, Pacolli plans to approach competent institutions and courts in both Tirana and Lugano to address the matter legally.
