Bekim Qoku addresses long-standing jurisprudence exam issue

Bekim Qoku, the coordinator of the VLEN parliamentary group, has stated that the ruling authorities are committed to resolving the jurisprudence exam issue, a problem that has remained unsettled for 22 years. Qoku noted that during this period, seven different Ministers of Justice have served.

Speaking on the Alsat-M program ‘N’Dritë’, Qoku explained that accumulated administrative and legislative defects make finding a sustainable solution difficult. He emphasized that resolving a two-decade-old issue requires careful implementation to avoid partial solutions and to ensure the outcome is not contested by the Constitutional Court.

Qoku highlighted that the jurisprudence exam is one of the top priorities for Minister of Justice Jeton Shasivari since assuming office.
