Bela Vista neighborhoods receive urban revitalization and infrastructure investments

Municipal governments in Brazil are advancing infrastructure projects to revitalize community spaces in the Bela Vista neighborhoods of São José and Guarapari.

In São José, Mayor Orvino Coelho de Ávila signed an order for the renovation of the Bela Vista Community Council. The project involves an investment of approximately R$ 1.25 million and is expected to take four months. The works include structural repairs, roof replacement, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and accessibility improvements to the facility located on Rua Santa Catarina.

In Guarapari, the ‘Guarapari Mais Viva’ program is progressing with the construction of a new community plaza in the Bela Vista neighborhood, fulfilling a local demand spanning over two decades. Additionally, works are underway in Paturá to finalize a sports court and a children’s playground, and in Jardim Santa Rosa, where an existing multi-sport court is undergoing structural renovation alongside the construction of a new playground.
