BelArabi Initiative announces 2026 annual forum in Doha

The BelArabi Initiative, a program under Qatar Foundation, has announced details for its second annual forum, scheduled to take place on September 19 and 20, 2026, in Doha. Held at the Multaqa building in Education City, the forum is themed ‘With Our Ideas We Build’.

The event aims to provide a platform for Arabic ideas and their proponents to shape the future through keynote speeches, exploratory sessions, interactive workshops, and creative presentations. The initiative has collaborated with 10 local and regional partners and has received over 1,100 participation requests across its first two editions.

More than 15 speakers from across the Arab region and the world will participate, covering topics such as entrepreneurship, technology, peacebuilding, genetics, sustainability, heritage, and identity. Notable speakers include Palestinian journalist Wael Al-Dahdouh, Qatari entrepreneur Hamad Mubarak Al-Hajri, and various experts in fields ranging from genomics to diplomacy.
