Belen Rodriguez shares Instagram message on overcoming pain after Milan hospital stay

Belen Rodriguez posted a series of Instagram stories in which she wrote, “I have a happy heart,” and urged people not to hide their pain. She described how “hard times come to everyone,” noting that “there are wounds that surface deep inside, and at some point you feel an unfillable void.” She added that with patience, family and friends, “you stop being ill and it becomes a real choice to love yourself again.”

The posts came after she was taken to the Policlinico di Milano at the end of May following a neighbor’s alarm over shouting from her Brera apartment. After about 24 hours of observation she was discharged. Rodriguez credited her family’s support during the crisis and later shared photos of a mountain holiday with her parents and children.
