Belgian forecaster David Dehnauw predicts warmer weekend after mid‑week showers

VTM meteorologist David Dehnauw outlined Belgium’s weather for the coming week, noting mild, mostly dry conditions early on. Monday and Tuesday are expected to stay dry with temperatures around 23 °C, while a mix of sun and clouds will linger.

Mid‑week the forecast turns more unsettled: Wednesday could see a slight cooling to about 22 °C with a chance of scattered rain, and Thursday will be largely dry except for a possible isolated shower in the Ardennes, bringing temperatures down to roughly 21 °C. From Friday onward the air will warm again, reaching about 24 °C on Friday and climbing to an estimated 27 °C on Saturday, offering pleasant summer weather for outdoor activities. Dehnauw also warned that in the final days of July the pattern may shift back to a more variable state, with a higher likelihood of rain or thunderstorms and temperatures hovering near 25 °C.
