Belgian towns Berlaar and Hove launch new Batopin CASH kiosks
Batopin, the joint venture of Belgian banks that operates the national CASH network, is adding two new cash‑point locations this autumn. In Berlaar, a full‑service CASH shop with three indoor ATMs will be built at Markt 54, with construction starting this summer and an opening slated for later in the year. The facility will allow cash withdrawals, PIN changes and cash deposits for customers of Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, ING, Fintro and KBC, providing a valuable service for local merchants.
In Hove, a 24‑hour CASH KIOSK is set to open on 24 July 2026 at Sint‑Laureysplein 13, next to the post office. The single‑machine unit offers cash withdrawals, PIN changes and additional card services for the same bank customers, and features accessibility aids such as voice guidance, Braille keys and wheelchair‑friendly design. Both sites are part of Batopin’s plan to reach 1,065 operational locations across Belgium, with new points being added at a pace of roughly one per day.
