Belgian Westhoek Classic rally scheduled for October 2-3

The 22nd edition of the Belgian Westhoek Classic is scheduled for October 2 and 3. Organized by Autoclub Medina vzw and JBREvents, the event is part of the VAS/VASAF Marathon Challenge.

The competition features two categories: “Expert,” which utilizes complex roadbooks including blind lines and compass points, and “Classic,” which uses distance-based roadbooks. Currently, 133 vehicles are registered for the event, which begins in Ronse.

This year’s itinerary includes a night navigation test, marking the longest and potentially most challenging evening stage in the event's history. The first stage concludes in Nieuwpoort, where participants will stay overnight before continuing on Saturday toward the ProMove Brugge grounds for a redesigned RallySchool Driving Test.
