Belgrade hosts Mita Gami and Swedish drama at FEST

Belgrade's electronic music scene is hosting a significant event on October 10 at Hangar u Luci Beograd. The organizer, FOMO, will present Mita Gami, a DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Tel Aviv, making his debut for the Belgrade audience. The lineup also includes Tom Zeta, a Dutch artist based in Ibiza, as well as local producers Mene and Byedov.

In cultural news, the 53rd FEST film festival in Belgrade features the Swedish drama ‘The Quiet Beekeeper’ (Biodlaren). Directed by Markus Karlson and starring Adam Lundgren, the film explores themes of loss and complex family dynamics in the town of Åmotfors. The story follows Olof, a beekeeper struggling with the aftermath of his wife's suicide and his relationship with his teenage daughter.
