Belgrade Hosts UFC Showdown and First European Power Slap 22 Event

Belgrade’s Štark Arena will stage a high‑profile UFC weekend, featuring a slate of local mixed‑martial‑arts fighters who visited the Crvena Zvezda basketball club before the bout. Among the guests were Serbian prospects Marina, Duško and Miloš Janičić, with Nikola Đurišić taking photos with club officials. NBA star Nikola Vučević, recently signed by Orlando Magic, is confirmed to attend the fights.

On the same weekend, the Power Slap organization will present Power Slap 22, its first event ever held in Europe, on 30 July. The lineup includes former heavyweight champion Dampling against Poljak David Zalevski, a women’s bout with Hungarian Šina Batori versus Ebi Montes, and Serbian competitors Nađa Milijančević and Jana Rajković facing international opponents. The card also features match‑ups such as Nikica Vujičić vs. Vim Ćirić and Đorđe Tomić vs. Adnan Alić, offering Serbian fans a rare concentration of combat‑sport spectacles.
