Belgrade urban development features new business hubs and cultural venues
Belgrade is experiencing a blend of urban business development and cultural revitalization. In the city center, locations such as Palata Beograd and Kalemegdan Business Center are becoming central hubs where business, culture, and daily life intersect, offering proximity to essential amenities and reducing commute times for professionals.
In the Dorćol district, the Esthetic Joys Embassy (EJE) has opened in a historic 1927 villa. The venue, which also houses the Pavilion Hotel, combines a hotel, dining room, bar, and discotheque. Designed by local studio Supaform, the interior draws inspiration from late-1950s and early-1960s Yugoslav modernism, specifically emulating the modular shapes of the 1966 K67 kiosk. The space functions as a listening bar, featuring vintage JBL studio monitors and a vinyl collection.
