Belgrade's Delta District project creates 200+ jobs with €400 million investment

Delta District, a €400 million mixed‑use development in Belgrade's Block 20, is under construction by Delta Holding. The complex will combine an InterContinental hotel costing more than €100 million, two residential towers with branded apartments, and a Grade‑A office building. The hotel’s opening is expected to generate over 200 new jobs across hospitality, gastronomy, maintenance, security, wellness, sales, technical support and event management, providing local workers with training under international standards.

Project leaders say the development will set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and modern lifestyle in Serbia, bringing the global InterContinental brand back to Belgrade after more than two decades and fostering the transfer of international expertise to the Serbian market.
