In Belize, the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing deployed teams to repair bridges, clear drains and restore flood‑affected roads in Belmopan, Cayo, Stann Creek, Dangriga and the Toledo district after a tropical wave brought widespread flooding. Chief Engineer Evondale Moody reported the replacement of a washed‑out wooden bridge and the use of heavy equipment to open clogged inlets and outlets.

In India, monsoon rains triggered landslides and flash floods across several states. A doctor, Naveen Dimri, was killed while inspecting repair work at a health centre in Chamoli, Uttarakhand.
