Bella Mir praised by Dana White ahead of Contender Series debut

UFC President Dana White has expressed high expectations for Bella Mir ahead of her upcoming debut on the Contender Series. Mir, the daughter of former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, is described by White as an ‘absolute freak of nature and incredibly special.’

Mir enters the professional scene with a 4-0 MMA record, including three first-round submissions, and holds an NCAA Division I championship. White noted that Mir’s ambitions extend beyond the UFC, including goals to become a Zuffa boxing world champion, win an Olympic medal, and secure a UFC Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) championship.

White mentioned that he encouraged Mir to complete her college education before entering the UFC. Her debut is scheduled for August 25.
