Belém officials meet to discuss anti-racist education initiatives

The Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Pará (MPPA) held a meeting in Belém to discuss the implementation of anti-racist education. The gathering included representatives from higher education institutions and the Child and Adolescent Rights Protection Network.

The meeting aimed to organize the II Anti-Racist Education Seminar of the Municipality of Belém, scheduled for November 5 and 6. Discussions focused on educator training, creating inclusive school environments, and promoting racial equality. Participants also shared best practices and addressed daily challenges in schools to strengthen a culture of respect for diversity.
