Belmullet makes impact in Mayo County Football Championship

Belmullet is making a significant impact in the Mayo County Football Championship. Despite having no senior football championship title in their 90-year history, the club has emerged as a strong competitor in the current campaign.

After being drawn in a group with Breaffy and Knockmore, Belmullet secured a notable victory against Knockmore in the first round. The club's performance has drawn attention as they compete for county honours, which serves as a pathway to the provincial club championship.
