Ben Affleck thriller ‘The Accountant 2’ to premiere on ProSieben

The action thriller ‘The Accountant 2’, starring Ben Affleck, is making its free-to-air television premiere on the German broadcaster ProSieben. The film, directed by Gavin O’Connor, follows the character Christian Wolff, a mathematical genius and forensic accountant who uses his skills to work for dangerous criminal organizations.

In this sequel to the 2016 original, Wolff is contacted by federal agent Marybeth Medina to locate a missing family. He enlists his brother, Braxton, to assist in the mission, which leads them to a prisoner camp in Mexico. The film has received critical descriptions as an ‘agreeably crazy, violent pleasure’ and follows the investigation into the sudden murder of an old acquaintance.
