Benavente hosts health and inclusion community events

Benavente hosted two community health and inclusion events. The Association of Diabetes of Benavente (ADIBE) organized a workshop for families to share experiences and receive medical guidance. Dr. Javier Ortega Ríos led sessions covering nutrition, insulin administration, and the prevention of long-term complications such as cardiovascular issues and kidney damage.

Additionally, the III AZADAHI Conference was held to promote the inclusion of children with autism and ADHD. Supported by local institutions including the Diputación de Zamora and the Benavente City Council, the event focused on providing inclusive recreational activities for children and their families.
