BENCO acquires majority stake in YCG Digital Group

La Información SA, the parent company of Diario de Navarra, has acquired a 55% stake in YCG Digital Group. This acquisition is intended to strengthen BENCO, the group's business services division, by expanding its digital, marketing, and communication capabilities.

The integration of YCG Digital Group, a Navarra-based firm specializing in digital services and artificial intelligence, aims to provide end-to-end solutions ranging from process efficiency to business generation. Following this move, BENCO has grown to 80 professionals and maintains operations in Pamplona, Barcelona, and Madrid. The company projects an accumulated turnover of approximately 6 million euros by the end of 2026.
