Bending Spoons expands globally with Warsaw office and major acquisitions

Bending Spoons is expanding its international footprint through both physical office openings and major software acquisitions. The technology company has opened a new office in Warsaw, Poland, to tap into a growing local talent pool. The company reported receiving approximately 50,000 applications from Poland this year, noting that many candidates are high-quality students.

On the corporate front, Bending Spoons has recently completed significant acquisitions, including the $2.25 billion purchase of Airtable and a definitive agreement to acquire the visual collaboration platform Miro. Following its Nasdaq debut in July, the company’s stock has seen a rally of approximately 31%, bringing its market capitalization to roughly $28 billion. While the company continues to grow, some analysts have raised questions regarding its acquisition-heavy business model and debt levels.
