Benefit Systems launches Zdrofit franchise to expand fitness network

Benefit Systems, Poland's largest fitness club operator, is introducing a franchise model for its Zdrofit brand to accelerate expansion into smaller towns and residential areas with limited sports infrastructure.

The company will offer two distinct formats: Zdrofit Express, a highly automated 300–500 m² facility, and a standard Zdrofit model ranging from 800–1,200 m² featuring full training infrastructure and group classes. Both formats are designed to operate 24/7. The first Zdrofit Express location is scheduled to open in Warsaw on October 22, 2026.

Franchisees will gain access to the Benefit Systems ecosystem, including a user base of nearly 1.9 million MultiSport cardholders, along with support in financing, site selection, and operational management. Benefit Systems aims to open over 20 new clubs by the end of 2026 and targets a total of 730–820 owned clubs across all markets by the end of 2027.
