Benevento university residence ‘Il Molino’ approves first housing lot

The Board of Directors of the Nicola Sala State Conservatory of Music in Benevento has unanimously approved the call for applications for the first lot of the ‘Il Molino’ university residence. This new housing facility is designed to serve both conservatory students and students enrolled at the University of Sannio, aiming to create an integrated academic community.

The first lot provides a total of 98 beds. The conservatory will manage the allocation of 68 beds, while the remaining 30 will be assigned by ADISURC (the Campania Region Agency for the Right to University Study) through a separate procedure. The residence will be available for the 2026/2027 academic year, specifically from October 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.

Facilities at ‘Il Molino’ include furnished and air-conditioned accessible rooms, study and social areas, recreational spaces, laundry services, internet connection, security services, and a dining hall with a professional kitchen. A second lot containing an additional 103 beds will be made available through a subsequent call once technical and administrative requirements are finalized.
