SL Benfica members approve 2025/26 accounts and new crest

Members of SL Benfica have approved the club's management report and individual and consolidated accounts for the 2025/26 fiscal year with 73.68% of the vote. During the General Assembly held at the Estádio da Luz, the Benfica Group reported a positive consolidated net result of 23.9 million euros, with 16.3 million euros attributable to the club itself. Individual accounts showed a positive result of 16.15 million euros.

President Rui Costa also officially unveiled an updated club crest during the meeting. The new design, which follows a 2025 statutory revision, features subtle refinements such as the eagle's talons grasping the motto ribbon and the transition of the bicycle wheel, spokes, and ball from silver-white to a golden yellow tone. The new emblem will be introduced gradually, starting with new membership cards.
