Beni Suef Governor monitors leadership training examinations

Major General Abdullah Abdel Aziz, the Governor of Beni Suef, has been monitoring preliminary examinations for candidates entering a leadership preparation program for second and third-tier executive cadres. The examinations, held at the local popular council halls, aim to select personnel for training designed to enhance administrative skills and prepare them for future responsibilities within the executive system.

In addition to the leadership program, the Governor inspected a training program focused on improving the efficiency of employees in warehouse and commodity inventory departments across the governorate's general headquarters and local units.

The training initiatives emphasize developing practical administrative skills, crisis management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, governance, strategic planning, and project management. The examinations are scheduled to take place over three days, from Monday to Wednesday, utilizing experts and specialists to ensure high performance within the administrative apparatus.
