Beni Suef hospitals receive new physical therapy equipment

The Beni Suef Health Directorate has announced the introduction of new medical services and the reinforcement of five hospitals with modern physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment. This initiative is part of a broader plan to improve medical services and patient care within the governorate.

Nasser General Hospital has been equipped with a new therapeutic laser device. Additionally, hospitals in Al-Wasta, Biba, Samasta, and Al-Fashn have received advanced tools, including spinal traction machines, ultrasound devices, paraffin wax, and lymphatic stimulation equipment.

The new technology is intended to assist medical teams in treating various conditions, such as pain relief, inflammation, and muscle or joint issues. Specifically, the lymphatic stimulation device at Al-Fashn Central Hospital will support rehabilitation for patients experiencing lymphedema, including those recovering from breast surgery.
