Minister of Secondary Education, Adéyèmi Clément Kouchadé, emphasized the government's commitment to promoting literacy through national languages. He stated that these languages serve as essential tools for inclusion, empowerment, and sustainable development, particularly for women and youth. The initiative aims to use literacy as a foundation for human dignity and social progress, allowing citizens to better understand their rights and participate in community development.
