Benjamin Satterley, professional wrestler known as Neville and PAC, dies at 40

Professional wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known globally as Neville in WWE and PAC in AEW, has died at the age of 40. Satterley passed away on September 27, one day after competing against Andrade at the AEW All Out event in Chicago.

All Elite Wrestling hosted a special tribute edition of ‘AEW Dynamite’ in Pittsburgh to honor his career. Fellow wrestling veteran Chris Jericho shared tributes on YouTube, recalling Satterley’s talent and personality, noting that he was an exceptional performer and a person with a great sense of humor.

During his career, Satterley held the NXT Championship and the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. WWE Hall of Famer JBL noted Satterley’s significant digital impact, stating that his social media impressions were twice as high as other roster members during his early main roster run. JBL also discussed the creative vision for Satterley, mentioning that Vince McMahon had envisioned him in a ‘Mighty Mouse’ archetype similar to Rey Mysterio.
