In Nancy, 23-year-old Benjamin Siret has taken over the management of a local bakery on Avenue du XXe Corps, rebranding the establishment as Maison Albert. Siret, who holds a CAP and a professional certificate, aims to honor his grandfather’s legacy by using the family name.

The bakery will feature a selection of breads made from ancient wheat varieties. The establishment includes a pastry shop, a sandwich selection, and a dining area with approximately 100 seats, including an outdoor terrace and a patio.
