Benny Blanco expresses desire to start a family with Selena Gomez

Music producer Benny Blanco has expressed his strong desire to start a family with his wife, singer and actress Selena Gomez. During an appearance on ‘Today with Jenna & Sheinelle’, Blanco stated he is in a ‘full-court press’ regarding the idea of having children, following a social media post by Gomez that hinted at her hopes for motherhood ‘one day’.

Gomez has previously shared that while she loves children, she faces medical challenges that prevent her from carrying a pregnancy. In an interview with Vanity Fair, she explained that her struggle with lupus and other health issues could put both her life and a baby’s life at risk, a reality she noted she has had to grieve.

In other recent discussions, Blanco credited kindness and open communication as the foundation of their relationship. Meanwhile, Gomez has also spoken about embracing the aging process, noting that she finds joy in growing older despite public nostalgia for her appearance during her earlier career.
