Benson Boone recounts embarrassing fan encounter in podcast

Singer Benson Boone shared an embarrassing anecdote regarding an encounter with a fan during an appearance on the podcast ‘Life Uncut’ with hosts Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne.

Boone recounted an incident from approximately two and a half years ago during the opening night of his Fireworks & Rollerblades tour. He explained that because he lacked a private backstage restroom, he was using a facility shared with the public. While following a long-standing tradition with a childhood friend of removing his trousers completely while using a urinal, Boone was interrupted when a fan walked in. The singer described feeling ‘horrified’ and ‘very uncomfortable’ during the unexpected encounter.
