Bentley Residences Miami Completes 36‑Hour Concrete Pour for 62‑Story Tower

A continuous 36‑hour concrete pour has finished the foundation of the Bentley Residences Miami, a 62‑storey luxury apartment tower on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The operation mobilised roughly 2,100 trucks, ten concrete pumps and 2,400 tonnes of reinforcing steel to create a solid monolithic slab. The project is being developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors, with Coastal Construction as the main contractor and Sieger Suarez Architects handling the design. Gil Dezer, chairman of Dezer Development, called the foundation milestone critical for the building’s structural integrity. As of the June 4 2026 update, construction has reached the seventh floor, with a typical pace of one floor every five to six work days. The tower will stand about 218 m tall, contain 216 ocean‑front units, and is slated for completion in 2028.
