Bento+20 proposal selected as top priority for Serra Gaúcha industry

The Bento+20 initiative has emerged as the most voted proposal during the Rota FIERGS event held in Bento Gonçalves. This project aims to structure development guidelines for the Bento Gonçalves region through the creation of a permanent industrial observatory.

The observatory is designed to map market competencies and bridge the gap between technical education and technological shifts in manufacturing, addressing local skilled labor shortages. Other key priorities identified include expanding digitalization for micro and small enterprises, developing an additive manufacturing solutions center, and strengthening the integration between local factories and students from Sesi and Senai.

This movement follows an announcement of over R$ 131 million in investments by the Industry System in the Serra Gaúcha region.
