Benue State security operatives arrest two suspected kidnappers

Security operatives in Benue State have arrested two suspected kidnappers, Usman Shuaibu and Aliyu Drahu, following the escape of a victim. The woman, identified as Mrs. Ekuma, was part of a group of five people abducted on Friday while returning from Idelle Market.

According to Chief Joseph Har, the Special Adviser to the Benue State Governor on Security and Internal Affairs, the victim escaped from a hideout located in a forest within the Utonkon district of Ado Local Government Area. The suspects were apprehended while pursuing her after she raised an alarm. The two men were transferred to the Otukpo Police Division for investigation.
