BeOne Medicines CEO sells $44.6 M of stock while retaining dominant stake

Chief executive officer John Oyler of BeOne Medicines AG sold 109,713 American Depositary Shares for a total of $34.6 million on July 20‑21, 2026, under a pre‑arranged Rule 10b5‑1 trading plan. Despite the sale, Oyler continues to hold more than 50.4 million shares through various trusts and an investment LLC, preserving a controlling ownership position in the oncology‑focused biopharma.

Institutional investor Siren L. L. C. trimmed its BeOne stake by 7 % in the first quarter, ending with 465,000 shares valued at about $138 million, representing roughly 0.42 % of the company. Other investors such as Cetera Investment Advisers, Rhumbline Advisers, Arrowstreet Capital, Invesco Ltd. and EverSource Wealth Advisors added new positions in recent quarters, bringing institutional ownership of the stock to about 48.5 %.
