BeONE Mobile launches as Maxis-powered MVNO in Malaysia

BeONE Mobile has officially launched as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Malaysia, utilizing the Maxis network infrastructure to provide 4G and 5G connectivity. Previously known as BeONE Prepaid and operating under RedONE, the company transitioned to its current MVNO status effective January 30, 2026.

The company employs a community-focused business model featuring a multi-level incentive program for agents. This model allows local agents to assist with registration, customer support, and network switching while earning incentives from their network.

BeONE Mobile offers several prepaid data plans. For customers using mobile number portability (MNP) to retain their existing numbers, monthly plans start at RM25 for 150GB of data. Higher-tier MNP plans include RM38 for 350GB and RM48 for 500GB of domestic data plus 50GB of roaming data for Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore.

New customers signing up for a new number can access monthly plans starting at RM30 for 150GB. Other short-term options include a RM3 daily plan for 3GB and a RM12 weekly plan for 15GB. All plans include unlimited domestic calls to all networks and support download speeds of up to 1Gbps where conditions permit.
