Berazategui announces Kennedy Norte Public Park project

The Municipality of Berazategui has presented the project for the new Kennedy Norte Public Park in Argentina. The initiative, led by Mayor Carlos Balor and supported by the provincial government, aims to recover more than two hectares of land.

Financed by the World Bank, the project will be located on the site previously occupied by housing for families relocated to the Kennedy Norte Housing Complex. This intervention is part of a broader urban and environmental recovery effort for the area. The provincial director of Management and Monitoring, Federico Cattaneo, noted that the work is expected to span approximately 150 days. Tenders are currently open, with construction projected to begin by the end of the year.
