The event is organized through a collaboration between the Bergama Municipality, Bergama Chamber of Agriculture, Bergama Chamber of Commerce, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), and Alsancak Congress & Fair.

Exhibitors at the fair are showcasing tractors, modern agricultural machinery, irrigation and energy systems, feed, fertilizer, seeds, and livestock equipment. During the opening ceremony, Ahmet Vural, President of the Bergama Chamber of Agriculture, highlighted the strategic importance of the Bergama and Bakırçay Basin. He noted the region's diverse production range, including cotton, olives, tomatoes, pine nuts, and livestock, stating that the goal is to blend traditional agricultural experience with modern technology to achieve a global vision for Bergama's agriculture.
