Bergamo reports low availability of low-cost diesel

Fuel prices in Bergamo are currently among the highest in the Lombardy region. According to data from the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy updated as of October 10, only 10 percent of surveyed diesel distributors in Bergamo offered prices below 2.20 euros per liter. This makes the province the lowest-ranked in Lombardy for diesel availability under that price threshold.

In comparison, other provinces like Lodi saw 21 percent of stations offering diesel below 2.20 euros. For gasoline, the situation is slightly better in Bergamo, with 54 percent of stations offering self-service fuel for less than 2 euros per liter, which is slightly below the regional average of 57 percent.
