Bergomi predicts strong European prospects for Italian clubs

Football commentator Beppe Bergomi has expressed confidence in the prospects of Italian clubs in upcoming UEFA competitions. He suggests that Atalanta, Juventus, and Milan should aim to go deep into their respective tournaments, noting that the level of competition in the Europa League and Conference League appears less prohibitive than in previous seasons.

Bergomi specifically highlighted Atalanta as a strong contender in the Conference League, suggesting the team has the quality to reach the decisive stages. Regarding the Champions League, he predicted that Inter Milan is capable of competing among the top eight teams in Europe, potentially securing a direct qualification for the knockout stages.
