Berisso to host Corvina Rubia kayak fishing competition

The La Balandra coast in Berisso is set to host the Fiesta de la Corvina Rubia on Sunday, September 6. Organized by Bacotas Kayak Fishing with support from the Municipality of Berisso, the event features a kayak fishing competition focused on the corvina rubia species in the Río de la Plata.

The competition includes both individual and group modalities. The top prize for the individual category is $1,500,000, while the group winners will receive $400,000. Participants are required to use a line with a maximum of two hooks and must adhere to mandatory safety equipment regulations for kayak navigation.
