Berjaya Cares Foundation donates bus and food baskets to Papar school

The Berjaya Cares Foundation (BCF), the charitable arm of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, has donated a 28-seater coaster bus to SMK St Joseph in Papar, Sabah. The donation was presented by BCF Chairman Tan Sri Vincent Tan to the school principal, Jenith Mahibol.

In addition to the vehicle, BCF distributed 500 Bakul Rahmah food baskets containing essential daily necessities to underprivileged students and their families. The initiative aims to support education and student welfare in rural and suburban communities.

The bus is intended to provide safer and more reliable transportation for students' daily commutes, educational trips, school programs, and competitions. The handover ceremony was witnessed by the Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali.
