Berkley introduces new SlapGill and Doom Stroller fishing lures

Berkley has announced the release of two new fishing lures: the SlapGill and the Doom Stroller.

The SlapGill is a topwater bait designed to mimic a distressed panfish. It utilizes precisely placed weights to create a side-to-side flop and a signature surface “slap” while walking. The bait is intended for use around shallow cover and is available in two sizes and seven colorways, featuring Fusion19 treble hooks.

The Doom Stroller is a hard bait designed to provide the durability of a hard lure with the natural action of a soft plastic minnow. It features an internal weighting system to produce a rolling action across various retrieve speeds. Designed to address the shortcomings of traditional soft plastics, it includes an upward tail position and a top treble hook to maximize hookups. The Doom Stroller is available in three sizes and 15 color patterns.
