Berlin hosts 2026 Musicfest and Outbound Pop Culture Festival

Musicfest Berlin 2026 runs from 28 August to 23 September, presenting 36 concerts and productions across the Philharmonie, Haus der Berliner Festspiele, Konzerthaus and Deutsche Oper. The programme features international orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra and Wiener Philharmoniker, renowned conductors, soloists, opera projects, and a guest performance by a Japanese Nō theatre troupe, marking the 75th anniversary of the Berliner Festspiele.

The Pop‑Kultur Festival’s Berlin Outbound segment takes place 24‑30 August and brings an international delegation of curators, festival makers, journalists and platform operators from cities including New York, The Hague, Barcelona, Vienna, London, Amsterdam, Montreal, Mexico City and Rennes. The delegation participates in Pop‑Kultur Talks, speed‑meetings and a new mentoring format designed for Berlin musicians and music‑industry professionals seeking global career development.
