Berlin-Lichtenberg to host 19th Lange Nacht der Bilder in 2026

The 19th Lange Nacht der Bilder is scheduled for September 4, 2026, in Berlin-Lichtenberg. Organized by the Lichtenberg District Office's Art and Culture department and the Kulturring in Berlin e. V., the event will feature 48 different art locations.

Among the participants are the B. L. O. Ateliers. However, the future of the studios remains uncertain as their lease with Deutsche Bahn is set to expire in May 2027. While a memorandum of intent has been signed by District Mayor Martin Schaefer and the Lockkunst e. V. association to find a long-term solution for the Kaskelkiez location, a binding extension with Deutsche Bahn has not yet been secured.
